As the first company in the Nordic countries, Telia Cygate has achieved Rubrik's highest Elite partnership level.
Rubrik was selected as a Telia Cygate Partner in 2018 as Telia Cygate researched the market to renew its backup system. The features of Rubrik and its suitability for Telia Cygate's purpose, combined with simplicity but versatility, were key factors in the decision. There is often talk of "next generation" products and services. Rubrik fits this description in terms of functionality, as it enables the creation of a wide range of new services to be offered by Telia Cygate.
The Elite certificate was handed over to Telia Cygate in Vienna at the Rubrik EMEA Partner Conference in late September. The certificate was accepted by Business Manager Kimmo Hanninen and System Architect Mika Tuutti. The certificate was awarded to Rubrik by Roland Stritt, Director Channels, EMEA and Anders Teigen, Channel Development Manager, Nordics and Baltic.
At the same occasion, Mika Tuutti was awarded the Rubrik EMEA "Champion of the Year" award. The award is personal and is awarded annually to someone who has achieved great things with Rubrik's products and has been active in development work, including by giving feedback to Rubrik.
