Certificate for Information Security Management

ISO/IEC 27001 is an international information security management system standard. The standard sets requirements for identification of risks targeted at an organization's information and for their credible management. The information security management system consists of policies, procedures, guidelines, and related functions that an organization manages to protect its information assets.

Telia Cygate's Certificate for Information Security Management covers the functions with which we provide information security, network, cloud and data center services in Helsinki and the municipalities of our other locations.

The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate for information security management allows us to prove to our customers objectively that we protect their IT solutions and thereby support their uninterrupted business operations. It is important for us to commit to continuous development of information security. In this way we can ensure that we can provide secure and manageable data network, information security and communications solutions and server services even in the future.


Certificate for IT Service Management

ISO/IEC 20000 is an international IT services management standard, and it is still relatively rare in organizations. 
The aim of the standard is to promote the provision of high-quality IT services that meet the customer needs by means of uniform and efficient processes. A service management system demonstrates a service provider’s commitment to designing, deploying, delivering, and improving services in a way that meets the requirements set for the service and provides added value to both the customer and the service provider. The terminology and requirements of the standard are in line with the widely used ITIL framework.

Telia Cygate's Certificate for IT Service Management covers the functions with which we provide information security, network, cloud and data center services in Helsinki.

The ISO/IEC 20000 certificate is an indication of the high quality and efficiency of our service management. IT service management system certification is a reliable and independent way of proving that the operations comply with ITIL in practice, and it also allows us to assure the customer that for us, the continuous development according to the customer's needs, plays a very important role.


Environmental Certificate

ISO 14001 is an international standard and the world's best-known model for an environmental management system. It enables an organization to comprehensively and purposefully improve its environmental management and promote sustainable development. The environmental management system standard defines the resources, processes and methods by which an organization is able to meet its binding environmental objectives and improve its level of environmental protection. The standard is based on the PDCA model (plan, do, check, act), which emphasizes the systematic planning, management, measurement and improvement of operations.

Telia Cygate has a joint Environmental Management Certificate with Telia Finland, which covers all of Telia's business in Finland.

The ISO 14001 environmental certificate is an indication of continuous planning and development related to environmental issues. It allows us to show our customers that responsibility, security and care for the environment are important to us. Meeting the requirements of the standard is an indication of effective material usage, energy saving and cost reduction. Development of a responsible environmental system saves the environment and cuts costs – both ours and those of our customers.


Certificate for Quality Management

ISO 9001 is an international standard that sets requirements for an organization's quality management system. It is the world’s best-known tool for building and developing a quality management system. Applying the standard increases confidence in the quality of the product and service and in meeting customer expectations. Customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained through quality management system processes that provide quality services and products to customers.

Telia Cygate has a joint Certificate for Quality Management with Telia Finland, which covers Telia Cygate's operations with which we provide security, network, cloud and data center services in Helsinki.

With the ISO 9001 quality management certificate, we ensure the quality and compliance of our operations. Through certification, we can prove to our customers that our quality management system policies and strategy are part of our organization’s business strategy.
